Polocrosse is a sport on Horseback combined between Polo and Lacrosse. There is 3 people per team. There are 3 positions. Position 1 you would shoot and are aloud in the D. Position 2 you stay near the center and get the ball to number 1. Position 3, you defend the goal.
It is a dangerous sport depending on what grade you play. primary juniors and juniors are not dangerous but when you get to higher grades such as A grade, it can be very dangerous. Make sure you have the right equipment and wear a polocrosse helmet.
Check you have a horse which is used to the sticks in their face and is suitable for your role.

Equipment for a match for polocrosse is as follows: Horse: Polo wraps or other protective leg coverings, bell boots, a bridle with a bit that does not have protruding sidebars (no full cheek bits, or Pelhams), a breast plate, and a saddle without a horn (most commonly an Australian Stock Saddle or an English saddle). Rider: Ball, Racquet, helmet (often with face mask, but not required), team jersey with number on the back, white breeches or jeans, appropriate footwear (boots with a heel).
Im not sure because i have my trials on and one of them broke in half and im scared to go to the eye doctor but im pretty sure you are allowed to wear them but you need to be more cafeful and not distracted >.<
