Ask the place where you would like to assist teaching. They will know the age. Most places have rules regarding age. Most places accept people as of the age they can drive.

I suppose you might be able to, but not many people would sign up because they'd probably want a teacher with more experience. If this ten year old had enough experience, danced exeedingly well, was capable of it, then they could assist in a class. they are not old enough to legally teach a class.
I'm not quite sure if you mean teach cheerleading or if you mean to take a class yourself... Usually to take a cheerleading class the youngest age is usually 3 years old. To teach a cheerleading class I'm not sure, it usually depends on the gym/studio that you want to teach at. Sorry, hope that helped a little(:
