The overall full-time Officer training course at RMC is 18 months long. If you choose to do another course training it may vary in time. Overall the complete basic IT training takes 18 months.
Windows server training will take various amounts of time depending on the persons ambition. There is not a set time. The training can take a year to complete if the person requires a slower speed of learning.
To drop out of training costs one nothing and can be done at any time if one completes training and signs on he or she can not buy there way out and must complete there 3 years or be medically discharged.
It's going to take you four years to complete the process. I say "process" because you have to do on-the-job training in addition to classroom work. Because of the large amount of OTJ training needed, it greatly increases the completion time.
Turn around time is the time it takes to complete a set.

Most of the time, you will not need training to become a Legal Assistant. If you can get a temporary job, or internship at a legal office as a secretary you can work there to gain the needed knowledge and if you excel at it you may be offered a full time job as a legal assistant. I do believe you may also go to a college to receive this training, it is considered technical training and is a short course that will teach you what is necessary to do the job correctly. On average I believe technical training lasts anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on the course and its content.
