If you go to a park, it costs nothing to play on the tennis courts there.
It costs roughly 45 - 60 thousand to put in a hard court with a fence.

It all depends, if you have your own court no of course not. but if your using a public court yes you must pay. but if a friend or relative owns a public court you may get on for free, or at a lower cost
my dad has a "mansion" in Beverly hills. it cost him 14,750,000. and it has 7 beds 8 1/2 baths. and 9890 sq. feet. a pool tennis court/basketball court. the works!
it dipens what tennis club you go to.
In 1990 tennis shoes cost anywhere from $75-$88 and now in days tennis shoes cost $100-$120.
you have to get some tennis balls from the store and it will cost $18 bucks a bag for the good ones and for a tennis racket $75 for a ok one The cost depends by where you are playing. If it is a relatively nice tennis club it would be more. But if you go to a park district it is free.

I've installed multiple tile courts in my area (northeast ohio) and depending on the surface (new construction or an existing tennis court) you are talking between 3.15 to 3.45 a square foot for the court delivered and/or installed. A typical backyard court is approx 7000 sq ft so we are looking at a number the is 22,000 + bill (216 780 4865)
