My guess this question doesn't relate to you so, if you must know, every day except Sunday(if you are lucky).
There are several places where a typical gymnast trains. He can train in a fitness club or gymnastics club. They practise 9 to 25 hours a week, usually on 4 days.
a person that plays netball at school would usually train for atleast two hours a week and a professional would train for atleast eighteen hours a week.
5 hours
5 hours
2 minutes a year
Depends on the level of the gymnast. Beginners usually practice 1 hour once to twice a week while a more advanced gymnast would work out from 4-6 hours 3-6 days a week.
They train a couple of days each week
I was in killer shape when I was a gymnast. However, I was on a gymnastics team and spent about 20 hrs a week at the gym.
gymnastics isn't exactly famous but is a very popular spectator sport. which means that lots of people like to watch gymnasts flip sault and basically "Fly" through the air. I am a gymnast my self and train 24.5 hours a week. i am in an elite international stream.
