Your not allowed to step with the ball at all. Or elseyou will get pulled up for stepping.
In basketball, you are allowed to take two (2) steps when going in for a layup.
The difference between basketball and netball is that in basketball you can take more than 2 steps and dribble up the court, but in netball the most amount of steps you can take is 2 and you are put in certain positions. Another difference is that netball is played in thirds and basketball in halves.
2
if still or not in stride, one step and a pivot; if in stride, you can take two steps
You have an unlimited amount of steps but you must get rid of the ball in 6 seconds
You are allowed to take three momentum steps when you catch a Frisbee. Meaning, if you are in a full sprint you can take three extra steps to slow down. However, once you establish a pivot foot you cannot take a step, you only have that pivot foot.
You're allowed to take as many steps as needed while dribbling the basketball, but while not dribbling and driving to the hoop, you're only allowed 2 steps while holding the basketball running towards the goal.
at netball courts
They need balance because when they catch the ball they are only allowed to take two steps after they land otherwise it is a foal. They also need to have balance because of when they pivot they have to keep one foot on the ground.
the answer is 2, but alot of refferrees will overlook 3 step
it depends..... but for all i know that your allowed to take as many steps as you need! preferably 12-16
It matters if you take small steps or big steps
