How do you tryout for the Olympic volleyball team?

The qualifying process differs for each event for each country. As far as I know of, there are Olympic qualifying tournaments and trials that are held within each countries (i.e. the World Championship was held in Vancouver, Canada this June). Usually the top 3 in each event will advance to the Olympics, assuming that they meet the Olympic qualifying standards. PS.
