It all depends on where you shoot from. If you shoot anywhere inside the 3 pointer line during play, it will be counted as a 2 pointer. However, if you shoot outside of the 3 pointer line, then its counted as a 3 pointer. If you are fouled and get the shot in from the free throw line, you get 1 point.
Im assuming you mean from half court which would get your team 3 points
Two.
To get two points you could shoot a basket because one basket equals two points. Or two free throws.
A Basket :) Beyond the three point Arch= 3 Points Inside the three point Arch= 2 Points Free Throws= How many you shoot, and how many you make
Yes the other team gets the points if you score in the wrong basket.
You would receive 2 points for your team.
2 Points. It's always been the same.
The score goes by 2 points per basket and u need to minus penalties.
You see people dribble the ball and shoot the ball in the basket to score points
In basketball, a basket is worth either 2 points or 3 points, depending on where the shot is taken from.
A basket that counts for 2 points is also known as a field goal, the player is closer to the basket than the three-point line. In December of 1891, Canadian Dr. James Naismith created the game and score system.
"the d area" is actually an arch to represent that if you shoot behind it you score 3 pts. if you shoot inside the arch you score 2 pts. outside of it you score 3 pts.
