Well, yeah kinda... Eleven people play on the field on a time so it is important to try to have more than eleven

I have usually seen about 16 to 23 players on a team

I once played with 30 but that was just because are school was to small to have a seprate JV and Varsity team so we were all put together on Varsity games... that does not happen often
