It would be an impossible question to answer with certainty.
With a billion people in India, and most of them cricket fanatic's, I feel this would in part answer the question, and smaller countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and numerous others like Hong Kong,( you can thank the British for this) and Burma.
I feel an approximate and calculated guess would be the answer.
