Best Answer

it depends. there could be up to 200 people in a non world cup race

The non world cup races can have much more people than that. Vasaloppet has around 50.000 competitors spread over one week. The main race is limited to 16.000 competitors. Vasaloppet goes from Sälen to Mora in Sweden and is 90 km long.
