The average lifespan of a croc can be estimated of some 40 years. So assuming that every week they might have swum a total of 5 kms (which is a lot) in view of their tendency to stay put, we can figure that 40 years by 52 weeks by 5 kms, would give us a grandtotal of some 10.000 kms.
1 normal person, who in 40 years can walk an average of 5 km. a day, it would mean some 73.000 kms.
So we may conclude that crocs do not move around as much as human beings.
It is true, though, that they are not as dangerous as the human species.
