It depends on metabolism but the average person would have to run 8 miles to loose 3 lbs
It all depends on how fit you wish to be. I am a marathon runner. I run about 9 miles 3 days a week. To be natural fit I would suggest taking a walk everyday and running, (a nice semi-long run, 4-6 miles.), once or twice a week depending on if you like it or not.
Yes
Well it depends how fat the person is. If he/she is in good shape they should run 5 miles a week. If they're not in shape they should run 21 miles.
If your talking your average high school runner, they run about 20-30 miles a week. If your talking your average collegiate runner, they run about 60-70 miles/week. Professionals i think run about 100-120 miles/week, i wouldn't see the benefit in running any more.
That depends on what next week's lotto numbers are...
If you work five days a week, you will drive 235 miles a week.
A 5K run is a distance of 3.11 miles.
You ran 1.6777 miles
A 30K run is the equivalent to 18.6411 miles
That depends on how long you run for.
This is impossible to answer as it depends on how much you eat. Also everybody has a different metabolic rate.
