If you are talking about ignition timing then the answer is easy. You don't. Suzuki's PEI (Pointless Electronic Ignition) takes care of timing the spark. If you are talking about valve timing-resubmit and I will take a stab at explaining it. There is no way to remap the electronic ignition system to change the spark timing.

You have to run longer distance. You should run 3 miles. Run 3 miles three times a week. when you ran at least a month, you'll see very big results. Once you ran for at least 3 weeks, you can start running 4 times a week. But on the 4th time, don't run 3 miles, run 1 mile as fast as you can. If you feel that you can't run 3 miles in a good pace, run 2.5 miles for beginning than you can increase it to 3 miles. ( remember run in a pretty fast pace, not too slow and not to fast ) PS: don't run everyday it will get you very tired so your body will not recover that fast and because of that you won't see anY progress.

The major difference between SP iii and Dexron iii is the lubrication modifier. SP iii contains more lubrication qualities than Dexron iii. You can interchange the two but run a slight chance of premature wear using Dexron iii where SP iii is indicated.
