im not sure what the distance would be but i do know that it would be shorter, it is harder to throw a softball then it is to throw a baseball Disregard the fact that this person answered your question. The correct answer is the same distance as a baseball.

Pitchers throw harder... by a little bit.
In some ways in tennis i may help you hit the ball harder. same with baseball or you may be able to throw the ball harder.
Throw it harder
Even though I'm a baseball player, it is harder to hit it under hand when the pitches are thrown at equal reaction times. -When the softball is thrown under hand, its harder to adjust because the ball rises. Its more natural to move your arms down than to come up. Having experience in fast-pitch, rise ball usually gets the job done :]
probably a random number.. 3 strikes is more than enough
yes yes yes it is harder to puke! if you're going to throw up something, avoid bread/pastries/rolls/bagels/etc. icecream is the EASIEST.
Throw it down harder
To improve pitching speed and throw a baseball harder, focus on building strength in your core, legs, and arm muscles through weight training and conditioning exercises. Work on your pitching mechanics to ensure proper form and technique. Practice regularly to improve your arm speed and accuracy. Additionally, consider working with a coach or trainer to receive personalized guidance and feedback on your pitching technique.

In baseball, sidearm is a manner of throwing the ball while keeping the hand below the shoulder. It also called "dropping down". Some pitchers always throw sidearm. Infielders and outfielders are usually discouraged from using this delivery since it harder to throw accurately that way.
