hold the top of the lacrosse head to the ground and step on the head, pinching the head to the ground under your foot and pull on the shaft of the stick

You cut the extra string off
Usually there is a screw and you can screw the head through the hole in the shaft so the head will not come off during the game or when you are poke checking or throwing.

Cut it of so if you want to pinch your head save it but make sure to burn the edges after it is cut off.
If you have an aluminum shaft with graphics ON TOP of the metal, then you can just take a quarter (because it won't scratch the shaft) and work your way around the stick scratching off the graphic. If it is composite, you are out of luck.
ball stop in lacrosse is a piece of foam material that has an adhesive on one side that allows it to stick to the throat area of the lacrosse head. the ball stop allows players to catch passes and have the ball not bounce off of the bottom plastic.
peel it off.
Well, first off, you can't catch a lacrosse stick, but you can catch with one. In order to do this, you need to have your stick up and ready for the pass. Wherever the ball is going, follow it and have your stick underneath it. Once it hits the pocket of the stick, cradle to secure it, and take off for the goal. =) -laxgirl18
Sure! You'll have to get some paint that bonds to plastic. However, as soon as you check someone (metal object or another plastic object) the paint will chip off. Your best bet is dying the stick with stick dye (sold on many lacrosse websites). That is much more permanent.
no you cant
