Do I? No. I am Russian Orthodox, and our Bishops do not wear rings. When we ask the Bishop's blessing, we lay our right hand (open hand, palm up) over our left hand, and gold them in front of our chest area; the Bishop will make the Sign of the Cross over us, then lay his right hand on our hands, at which time we kiss his hand. Roman Catholics kiss the ring of the Bishop-any Bishop, "arch" or not...and, of course, the Pope and Cardinals...who are, after all, Bishops too.
If right handed and receiving the Eucharist in hand, hold left hand up on top of right, both palms facing up. then consume with right hand. If left handed and receiving the Eucharist in hand, hold right hand up on top of left, both palms facing up. then consume with left hand. If distributing communion (priest or minister of communion) it is distributed with either hand, depending on whether left or right handed.
the opposite foot of the hand you throw with in most cases so if you throw with your right hand then you step with your left foot and vice versa.
I don't know about "lay a hand", but "lend a hand" means to help someone out
For "I" point to yourself. For "my", lay the palm of your right hand on your heart.
The lay of a roping rope refers to the direction in which the fibers of the rope are twisted together. There are typically two types of lay: right-hand lay, where the strands twist in a clockwise direction, and left-hand lay, where they twist counterclockwise. The lay affects the rope's flexibility, strength, and how it behaves when tied or coiled. Roping ropes are usually designed with a specific lay to optimize performance for tasks like lassoing and securing livestock.
The term "to lay down man's right is to divest himself of the liberty" is a negative comment concerning someone who voluntarily gives up a right. It means if a person gives up his right, he strips himself of the freedom to have it.
ok for example he might twist his hand or do it with his left hand up and his right hand down either way it comes from the center ok for example he might twist his hand or do it with his left hand up and his right hand down either way it comes from the center
The short answer is "height", and there are two elements to the mechanics of this: First, just measure from your right big toe to your right finger tip. Now measure from your left big toe to your right finer tip. The diagonal distance is longer, correct? Thus, with your left foot on the floor, your right hand reaches higher. Second, you want to increase the height still further on the reach of your right handed lay-up. If you thrust your left leg up you will be off balance and the energy of the left leg lift will provide more enery to the left side. Conversely, if you put all the effort into the right leg lift, the energy is mostly transfered to the right side and lifts the right hand higher. Coach Paul, Fundy Dragons Basketball
shut up! but he writes with his RIGHT hand
Lay the book on the table. Put your left hand on the left side of the book. Put your right hand on the right side of the book. Look the distance between your hands. It is that wide.
You bounce the ball 3 times from the right and then jump up and bounce the ball of the backboard into the net. (Hopefully)
