High 5 netball is basic netball without wing attack or wing defense. goal shooter and goal attack can go in the center and the third they are shooting in, the same with goal defense and goal keeper can go in the center and the third of the opposite team that is shooting. Center is exactly the same as usual.

C- the C is the person who runs the most the c can go anywhere but the 'd's which is the to places were the GS,GA can shout. The C Helps all the payers out and has to be on the move all the time. depends on the players position. GS can only stay in their goal third, GK can only stay in the oppponents goal third, C can go everywhere except for the goal rings and GA can go anywhere in the center third or their goal third, GD is able to go in the opponents goal third or the center third and WA can go in the same places as GA except for the goal rings and WD can go in the same as GD except the goal rings.
