- Lay sunglasses down facing towards you and upside down
- using thumbs firmly push both sides of the nose piece away until the lens pops out of nose piece (but is still attached across the top of the frame
- Use one thumb/hand to hold the separated nose piece with the frame detached
- With the other hand hold the top of the frame, then using the hand holding the nose piece, grab the frame and pull up/out firmly.
You need to use a little muscle.
Reverse the process once the new lens has been inserted into the frame.
