∙ 13y agoYou can raise your hand up in front of the person who has prossesion of it but you have to stand at least 0.9 meters(3 feet) away from the person. You cannot grab the ball out of their hands like Basketball. If you do, then you must stay out of play(stand next to the person who has prossesion of the ball with your hands by you side, in defenceles mode) until it is no longer in their possesion. Another way to defend is to always be on the opponent, making sure the ball doesn't get into the hands of the opponent. You can also grab the ball, if you are Goal Defence or Goal Keeper, when the ball doesn't get into the ring when they attempt to shoot it.

the poitions in attack are gs, ga, wa and center.
