What is the best lube for MR1 paintball gun?

any synthetic marker oil made for paintball will do just fine, make sure it is paintball oil though. Do not use motor oil or WD-40. Gold Cup oil is the best paintball oil for blowbacks or the Gold Cup Final Solution grease for all high end guns.

What are paintball pellets?

Does regular gun oil work on paintball guns?

No, you should use only paintball specific of air tool lubricant.

Is paintball lube the same as paintball oil?

yes, it does the same thing. well actually it depends, the term lube is often used to talk about a paintball grease (most common is DOW 33) and oil is well, oil, both are paintball specific but you should not be using grease/lube in a marker that requires oil or the other way around. The best paintball oil is Gold Cup oil and the best grease is Gold Cup Final Solution grease.

How do you clean a paintball gun?

All I do is take out the bolt, squeegee through the barrel into where the bolt would be then I use some oil I got at Maxon paintball and put some on the bolt mainly by the o-rings. EDIT: Depending on the Gun, some use oil, and some use grease....you should read your owners manual to make sure you are not putting the wrong stuff in your marker. Typicaly the higher end guns use Grease and cannot use oil.

Is it ok to lube your paintball airtank?

Whatever you do, dont use rem-oil, any other oil made for real firearms or aerosol sprays, they will eat away the o-rings and wear out the paintball gun. Use oil made for paintball guns or air tool oil. a paintball gun is essentially and air tool. the easiest way is to put 6 or so drops of oil into the place where you screw in the tank, then screw in the tank and fire a few shots. you dont need paint to do this. You should use only manufacturer-recommended lubricant for your gun. Your gun's owners manual should tell you how to lubricate the gun. If youdon't have it then youcan go to their website. The best paintball oil is Gold Cup oil and the best grease is Gold Cup Final Solution grease.

Can you apply gun oil to a parkerized finish on a gun?

Absolutely, the parkarized finish helps hold the oil. If you don't apply oil it will eventually rust. I usually spray the finish with CLP (you can buy at Walmart in the gun section). Let it dry overnight and wipe off the excess.

Can you use 3 in 1 oil on a paintball marker?

Yes, any non aerosol, machine or air tool lubricant will work on mechanical guns. You must buy paintball specific lube however for electric guns. The best oil to use is Gold Cup oil or the best grease is Gold Cup Final Solution grease.

Do paint in paintball guns dry?

I think i see what you are asking and the short answer is no, but it will gum up and cause all kinds of problems if you leave it in there, clean and oil/lube your marker after playing and you should not have any problems

Does CORE superslick gun oil work well with the azodin kaos and invert mini and if so where would you apply the oil on each marker discriptively?

Yes that oil works well on both of those guns. for the chaos you remove the bolt, which is not lubricated, then screw out the back cap, then carefully remove the hammer and lubricate its oring and that is really all. If you are preforming maintenance on an invert mini, they you should both read the manual and ask a gun tech to properly lubricate it.

Why do paintball guns need cleaning?

Firstly paintballs break and you need squeegees to clean the barrels or else they'll get stuck or just go a few feet. Secondly if you don't clean it monthly with the oil that usually comes with the gun your paintballs will curve more or not go as far. Thirdly there is less of a chance of your paintball gun getting jammed.

How do you repair a spyder rt paintball gun?

depends on what is wrong with it. if its just a simple leak down the barrel it could just need some oil or the cup seal replaced.
