I am not sure what you are referring to. Do you mean how does the matador make the bull angry? The bulls are naturally very aggressive and have been prodded by the picadores and banderilleros to get them in a fighting mood.
If you mean how does the matador get the bull to change directions, he does so by changing the position of the muleta, or cape. By pulling the cape from left to right or vice versa, the bull will follow the movement and change direction.
bullfighters would be out of a job

In a traditional Spanish bullfight there are usually 3 matadores, each fighting two bulls.
The bulls don't get mad in bullfights. They chase the red flag or blanket because it moves-not because red makes them mad. Bulls are actually colorblind. ]
The duration of The Bullfighters is 1.02 hours.
The Bullfighters was created on 1945-05-19.
Red is the traditional color of the muleta. As bulls are red/green colorblind, the color of the cape has no part in attracting the bull. It is the movement of the cape that attracts the animal.
Fighting bulls are NOT trained. They are wild animals as opposed to domestic cattle, and are raised on special ranches in Spain and Mexico. They are naturally quite aggressive and have a very athletic build. The first time a fighting bull meets a man of foot is when it enters the bullring.

yes
The bull chases the movement not the colour. The bullfighters cloak is traditionally red to a) hide the blood and b) part of the whole spectacle. But it is the origin of the phrase, "Red rag to a bull"
A rhetorical question. Cows and bulls differ in that bulls do not make milk. That's your answer.
