An athlete needs to eat healthy food , think in his head that he needs to make his best and have too make something before so his muscles don't hurts.
Athletes have to train really hard before events. They have to get strong mentally and physically. They have to sacrafice the diet they are on to be put on a healthier so they can be fit and healthy.

In high school, athletes are limited to four events. Outside of high school, athletes can compete in as many events as they want.
