What I'd recommend is that yous either:
1. Buy beads and sow them onto the dress.
2. Buy sequins and sow them on.
3. Buy fake little diamonds and use superglue to stick them on (THIS GIVES A GREAT EFFECT!)
4. Buy little stars or anything pretty and stick them on.
5. and finally you could buy a decorated one ;)
