since your in JV you must know wat running shuttles are?
shuttles are like running 25 yards and back 6 times
each time u run 25 yards and back that's 1 time. do it 6 times. take 3-4 minute break and do it again.
you could also get a parachute strap it to your chest and run. but u have to keep your chest high and straight and throw your arms and do high knees as you run.
that's wat i do and it works. adds stress to your body so when u run the next time you run with ease.
ask your coaches for a parachute incase they have some. they are alot of fun but very VERY VERY hard
