No. Since the first World Series in 1903, no team has ever won a world championship after losing the first three games of the Fall Classic.
That was the 1921 New York Giants who lost the first two games to the New York Yankees and came back to win the Series, 5 games to 3. 1921 was the last year the Series was a best 5 of 9 games.
The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Minnesota Twins in the 1965 World Series. The Dodgers came back from losing the first two games to eventually win the series 4-3.
