As long as the puck wasn't "kicked" into the net.

For Example, if someone hit a slapshot and his teammate was standing right next to the net and the puck hit the teammate's foot, then it would count as a goal.

How do you take a shot on goal?

A shot on goal is determined when the puck hits the goalie anywhere or it goes in. You think "if there was no goalie there would the puck have gone in?" if you answered YES! then the shot was a shot on goal

In a game of futsal if someone kicks the ball in from the sideline it hits the goal post rebounds and goes in without touching a player is this counted as a goal?

No, a goal may not be scored directly from a kick-in. The attempt is still considered "direct" if it touches any part of the goal apparatus or a referee. After a kick-in, the ball must touch at least one other player before going into the goal in order for it to count.

What happens if the ball hits a player in their striking circle and goes into the goal?

If the ball was touched inside the circle by an attacker, then it will probably count as a goal. However, if the ball was dangerous (lifted into/at a player within 5 metres) or became an advantage in favour of the defense before that, it should be called a free hit to the defense (either for danger or the first offense). If there is an advantage gained, the umpire may call a PC or stroke before or while the ball enters the goal.

What type of NHL shot qualifies for a NHL shot on goal?

There is no NHL definition or rule of a shot, therefore, a shot on goal is up to the discretion of the official scorer. But in general terms, a shot on goal is a shot that is taken with the intent to score that either goes into the net for a goal or the goalie saves from going into the net for a goal. A shot that hits the goalpost or crossbar, or a shot the goalie stops that would not have gone in the net is not considered a shot on goal. A clearing pass that goes through everybody and winds up being stopped by the goalie is not considered a shot on goal because there was not intent by the 'shooter' to score a goal. Similarly an errant pass from a teammate that is stopped by the goalie is not considered a shot on goal.

In field hockey play is in the circle so is the umpire an attacker hits the ball it comes off the umpires foot and enters the goal what is given?

In this situation the goal SHOULD BE AWARDED. The umpire's body and equipment are part of the field of play, and if the ball strikes them, play continues regardless.

How many steps is 1.5 meters?

If you're walking normally, for most people it's going to be very roughly the distance from where your left foot hits the ground to the point where it hits the ground again. I'm not sure if you want to count that as 1 or 2 steps.
