The notes seem to be, in order from left to right: D5, D5, D4, E4, F4. The furthest to the left are harder to read because they are smaller, so I may be wrong on what they actually are. When I played them, they sounded like nothing... just random notes. It's rumored to have something to do with Reggatone.
