A tape dispenser combines a spindle to hold a roll of tape with a small sawtooth blade to cut the tape with. One applies the tape to something, e.g. your finger, draws out the desired amount, and then cuts it using the blade.
Make a knob of balled up tape at the top and wrap the tape around the blade of the stick continuously til the blade is covered to your liking.
First in the "sweet spot" where you should be hitting the ball with your stick consistently, near the toe. This is usually where you will see the most wear on your stick. Also I use electric tape to tape mine on the top and bottom of the grip, to prevent tearing and give the grip a longer life.

Regulations say you must tape the stick blade at least the width of the puck. and you should tape the butt end of the stick to have better grip.
To hide the puck, you can use black tape on the blade.
The striking surface can only be foam and cloth. You can put athletic tape on the flat non-striking surface though.

It depends on how good the tape on the bottom of the boxes adheres to the cardboard. Try to make sure there is at least two strips of tape on the bottom of the boxes, and then they can hold thirty pounds.

You can buy a razor blade at a hardware store. (Ace) and it scrapes scotch tape off easily. If you need to get the marks off use Goo Gone.
To effectively remove Teflon tape from a surface, you can use a heat gun or hairdryer to gently warm the tape, making it easier to peel off. Alternatively, you can use a putty knife or razor blade to carefully scrape off the tape residue. Be cautious not to damage the surface while removing the tape.
