Q School is usually referring to a Qualifying School. So a PGA Q school product can most likely be used for a Qualifying School activity. PGA usually is referring to golf.

To enter a monday qualifier you must contact your local PGA section to get the tournament information for which you wish to enter. There is an application to fill out. You must be a 2 handicap or less to enter and the fee is usually around $450. There are usually around 14 open qualifying spots open for each tournament. A maximum or 180 players may compete for these spots.
The reason you will see PGA Tour golfers wearing sunglasses on the back of their hats is because if they wore them on the front it would block their main sponsor, which is usually on the front of their hat.
