Well up until a few years ago you didn't have to go to college to get drafted but for multiple reasons now you do. the NBA and many scouts encourages young up and comer athletes to go to college and get colelge experience before playing in the NBA. So the Answer is yes, you do have to go to college and depending on how old you are you may only have to go for one year. Also to even become a pro ball player you must work hard and hone your skills on a daily basis, pray a lot, and hit the weights.
What do you mean by this question? If a college player enters the NBA Draft he can go back to college instead of the draft if he DOES NOT hire an agent. If a college players declares for the draft AND hires an agent he is in no matter what.
No you dont have to have played colledge basketball to play pro> you can come on as a free agent
less than 15 of people make it to the nba

THE PROSPECTS FOR A FUTURE IM NOT REALLY SURE I THINK THAT YOU WILL NEED TO TRY TO GET INTO THE BASKETBALL PRO'S AND MAYBE GO TO BASKETBALL COLLEGE?
There are not many professional swimmers. No, you do not need to go to college to be a professional swimmer. However, it would be a good idea to go to college. :)
a typical day is to wake up get dress and to go to a game or practice
That question makes NO sense
you don't go to school to be a basketball player
you have to go to college for at least 1 year in order to become a professional volleyball player, now a days you have to have a back up plane before you go and play professional sports just in case you get hurt.
Technically, if you play basketball at any point you are a basketball player. Since you can play in a driveway or a local court, a college education is not required. If you meant professionally, the answer is no. Your ability to perform well in academia has nothing to do with your ability to play ball. Kobe Bryant is the best example I can think of for an NBA player that didn't go to college.
Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Lebron James are of recent memory.
You would not be in the NBA if you did not go to college.Update from Asker: Players such as Lebron James, Brandon Jennings, etc...
You do not have to go to college at all in order to become a NBA player. Most players are picked from college teams though.
