Many girdles have pockets where the thigh, tail, and hips pads are placed. Some do and some do not it does not matter

you can slide the knee pads into the lower slots in the pants, bending them if you have to. the thigh pads go in the slot in the pants that would cover your thigh if you put the pants on. there is no need to bend them as the slot is big enough.
The girdle goes on first as it will usually have the hip and butt pads. The tights go on the outside because they're longer and have more exterior padding.

Basically the same thing, but hockey pants have the pads inside of them when the girdle is skin tight and is just the pads. Girdles normally go under the long pants that some skaters wear when they play roller hockey. Overall pretty similar and both used to protect your high thigh area's.

Protection and clothing you would find on a football player would include a helmet with a face mask and chin strap, mouth guard, shoulder pads, collar pads, neck pad or roll, forearm pads, a flak jacket or some sort of rib protection, hip pads, a girdle over an athletic supporter and cup, tailbone pads, thigh pads, knee pads, and cleats. Over all this padding would go the jersey top and pants.
You can buy doggie panties that has a place for pads inside this is the best way to go.
I recently changed the front pads on my 2000 GT, and if yours are like mine, you will find that both the inside and outside pads are exactly the same. The only real difference is where you put the retainer clips on the pads. put the early warning tab on the in side so you can hear it.
