There are Air Hockey professionals but none that earn their entire living playing Air Hockey. The only documented example of someone making a living playing Air Hockey is Tim Weissman when he went on a sponsored tour with Mark Robbins in the late 80's/early 90's. Andy Yevish is also said to have lived week to week on Air Hockey winnings for some time while living in Houston, TX.
