No. Paintball teams generally don't make enough money for scholarships.
You need it in three months or you need to get the money in only 3 months of work? Money in three months should be fairly easy, you could do little jobs for people. Shovel snow, mow lawns, detassling, any of those. Though you will not be able to buy a paintball gun without your parent's permission. In nearly all states, you have to be at least 17 to purchase a paintball gun. Thank you for adding that forgot about that one
If you play professinal paintball and get sponsored then yes. Otherwise there is not a way to make money from paintball.

Professional paintball players have no true salary. There are very few pro paintball players that don't need a second job to support themselves. They make most of their money from sponsorships and endorsements. edit: most work for there sponsor's.. and unless your ollie lang you wont make much money playing paintball.
I'm not sure if they ever officially started using paintball for training, but units were using paintball gear they bought with their own money since paintball was available.
The paintball industry as of 2008 is worth over 1 billion. Though with the recent economic times, there have been some changes. High priced markers have not sold well. The NPPL went bankrupt. There things have brought the vauly down a bit.
