No.
Sure you can resist. Guys you can wear cups and protect yours. Girls can also protect theirs.
Over your penis and testicles. You wear it like underwear. But if you are a girl, a female groin guard is worn the same way a jockstrap/groin cup is. But instead of wearing it so it covers the male genitals with a large bulky hard cup that makes it difficult to run, you pull it up onto your vulva so that it protects the labia against impacts. Female groin guards are much smaller and softer - and they are usually optional because girls are not at high risk for injuring their fertility since their sexual organs are internal. Male groin cups are not optional in contact sports and self-defense classes because the sexual organs of a guy are hanging loosely on the outside of his body and getting struck in the testicles almost always causes incredibly severe pain, embarrassment in co-ed situations, and can even make a guy infertile.
you cant
There is no good medical reason for a female athlete to wear a groin cup. Some leagues or coaches follow the exact letter of the rules that state all players must wear cups. But girls playing contact sports are not in danger of having their genitals struck because their genitals are protected by being on the inside-unlike testicles which are in fact organs that hang outside, are extremely sensitive, and especially vulnerable to painful trauma.Note: In some activities such as martial arts or hockey, some girls and women wear a groin cup-like protector called a pelvic guard or "jillstrap." This does not protect her labia so much as protect against a traumatic blow to her pelvic bone.
I would say that plastic cups are better for string telephones because you cant get string through a metal cup.
Testicles are unprotected and vulnerable in their placement outside the body (unlike other vital organs, such as women's ovaries) - and also testicles are easily the mostsensitive parts of the body. Therefore, males are advised to wear a groin cup which is formed to cover the genitals to protect them from impact. Groin cups are worn in an athletic supporter made to hold the cup around these sensitive parts.Women also have something similar now that is sometimes called a groin cup, but because a woman does not have anything to "cup" over, they are more like shields/pads that protect her groin, which is sensitive, but is extremely difficult to injure because it does not have reproductive organs hanging from it.
Yes 4 cups of coffee can make you smarter...NOT it simulates the brain and makes it so you cant say the right words.
For a male it is about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) a day For a female it is about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) a day
The new style flex cups are comfortable if fitted correctly. Generally though, with any groin cup, it is important to wear an athletic supporter under it to restrict movement of the family jewels. Wearing the cup itself is generally not the most comfortable, but it is not as restrictive as some claim. With vigorous movement cups can sometimes shift upward or to the side, creating the possibility that a strike to the groin will pinch a testicle between the cup's rim and one's body. If this occurs, it may be one of the worst pains possible and potentially lead to a testicular torsion (twisting) or rupture. This in turn could lead to sterility or amputation.
Plenty, they have their own leagues, cups and plenty of other stuff
Women at war should dispose of tampons as they would normally - in a bin. If by women at war you mean soldiers then some female soldiers will suppress their periods or use options like menstrual cups so they don't have to worry about leaking, changing, or disposal.
