∙ 12y agoA lacrosse goalie wears a chest protector not normal shoulder pads however, a chest protector typically has pads for your shoulders. Some people choose to get a chest protector with removable shoulder pads so you could take them off but I wouldn't take them off. Trust me on the not taking it off part it's coming from a goalie, it kills getting hit in the shoulder.
Helmet with facemask and throat guard attached, chest protector, arm pads, leg pads, jill, padded gloves- this is for box lacrosse
The goalie is most likely to wear throat protection.
Goalies are required to wear a helmet, throat guard, mouthpiece, chest protector, gloves, athletic cup, and cleats, optional equipment includes shin guards and padded goalie pants.
Catchers mask, chest protector, shinguards, and a cup.
To fence safely, you have to wear a mask, chest protector, underarm protector, fencing pants, fencing, jacket, and glove.
in youth leagues its recommended and in high school its whatever you want
Yes, definitely. lots of ice hockey goalies wear two cups. A regular cup jock and then a special goalie cup over top of that. Usually the size and speed of the puck or ball being shot at the net determines wether a goalie would need to wear a goalie cup. Lacrosse and ice hockey goalies wear cups but soccer goalies generally dont wear a cup
Yes, i know a lot of girls who paintball, as long as you can take the hit it is fun. It is recommended that you wear a chest protector.
You can't exactly stop it from hurting but if you wear a chest protector and two layers of pants and shirts it should help.
