Practice.. and try your hardest.
Depends on the event, to be a runner, you just need to be willing to put some work in. Anyone can be fast if they work with a coach and try your hardest. Your coach can also tell you if you have any possible talent at any field events. Don't be afraid to try it.
My team does not. The coach chooses.
It's a sport where you try to throw a heavy ball as far as you can (track and Field)
Anthing but junk food. Try also to eat fruits.
The objective is for an athlete to try their best to run faster or jump higher or jump longer than all of his/her competitors. This objective will be realized by the athlete practicing and learning how to run or jump to his/her best ability, warming up before the event, obeying all rules of competition, and showing good sportsmanship to teammates and competitors. The most important thing to realize is that there can only be one winner in each event. Sometimes we try our hardest but it isn't good enough and someone else wins. This is nothing to be ashamed of. As long as one tries their best, listens to their coach, and displays good sportsmanship they are a 'winner' regardless of where they finish in the event.
As a coach and track and field participant for many years...scoring has always been as follows: Open events - 5-3-1 Relays 5-3-0 Field events - 5-3-1 Tri-meets try to encourage participation, but discourage loading each event with endless numbers of participants. Also, if you had 10 people per event, the meets would go on for quite a while. Good luck this season...and enjoy! Katherine BrocK
Try leaving only one or two applications open at a time. The more your computer has to keep track of, the slower it will run.Check for viruses, which can slow function.Simply try restarting!
My schedule was also full but that's when you pick the most important thing to you.
A long jump in track and field is a jumping event where athletes try to jump as far as possible from a takeoff point. The jump is performed by sprinting down a runway and then leaping into a sandpit, with the distance measured from the takeoff point to the closest mark made in the sand by any part of the athlete's body.
Try www.racingcircuits.net Search for the track, you may find past results.
You cannot track it unless you have GPS in it or that will allow you to "track" it. Try notifying the police also.
