Unless someone has very severe epilepsy, there is no reason why they cannot play sports. People with epilepsy are well able to do many things. So even if they were playing a sport and had a seizure, they could just stop until they felt better. The vast majority of the time they would not have a seizure and so be well able to take part in all sorts of sports. There are only a few sports that are a risk, normally ones involving cars or motorbikes or planes for example. So with only a few exceptions, having epilepsy does not really affect participation in sport.

Can weight play apart in epilepsy?

No. Epilepsy is due to unusual electrical activity in the brain. Everyone has electrical activity in their brain, but someone with epilepsy will occasionally have slight disruptions to it or slightly extra amounts of it. So that has nothing to do with how heavy or light someone is.
