That's impossible, if anything would make you gain that amount of muscle it would be steroids. I weigh 240 lbs, 15 % body fat, and I never gained more than 1 pound of muscle in a week (a good week) WITHOUT roids. DO NOT take roids
It's not very healthy to lose or gain 20 pounds that quickly. If you want to do it safely, it should take about 3 or 4 months to reach that goal.
You can't build muscle that quickly. The fastest program I know of (starting strength) will put on about 20 pounds in 2 weeks.(if you eat enough) Most of that is fat which aids in muscle growth but it would be maybe 7 pounds...not very noticeable. Stick with it for 2-3 months and you'll see some massive gains. So look up starting strength
weigh loss of 20 pounds
20 pounds in two months is a lot of weight to gain in that short of a time frame, i myself am 17 and the only thing that i have done do gain weight that quickly is to take body building supplements such as multiple brands or forms of tren or tren extreme, or creatine, and steroids are not out of the question with gains that drastic. either hes been eating behind your back or hes taking something to enhance his ability to gain muscle so quickly.
Impossible for permanent growth, it is however possible to gain 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in a month. However if you ate a lot of high calorie dense foods and water you could probably gain 3-5 pounds of fat in a day, although I recommend it. Leave me a message to learn how to get bigger faster and stronger
eat poo for a week

Diet and exercise
I am also a teenager and my parents got me p90x and really helped me build muscle and lose 20 pounds in 3 months it might not be much but I now have a flat stomache and can see my muscle. If your interested in it, it is good motivation if you also try to diet with him. It makes things easier.
You are not fat if you are 12 and weigh 118 pounds at 4'12. The maximum for that height is 127 pounds. To lose 20 pounds in 4 months, restrict calorie intake and increase cardio activity.
