Yes you can, but take it to a bike shop or someone who knows what they are doing
It depends if you have a 3 piece crank, spokes, brakes.
You look at it. One piece, the arms continue unbroken into the axle. 2/3-piece, the arm s will be separate parts that are somehow clamped onto the center part. Or do a picture search for " one-piece crank" and "3-piece crank" and compare with what you've got.
Check the posted link.
Yes Pretty much all 3 piece cranks should fit any sprocket you buy for them.
I had my orange fuse 3 bent rim bad crank go for $100. I would say $200 for yours.
Yes, and 3 piece cranks.
The cran is the part that together with the pedals go round when you pedal. For a 3-piece crank it consists of a right crank arm, left crank arm and the axle that goes between. There are some other bits as well, like bearinc cups ASO, but no point in letting reality get in the way of a good name. There are also ashtabula cranks where crank arms and axle are one solid piece.
no because if u see different bmxs the look well different
By "raw" I'm guessing you want to bring it all to bare metal. There are chemical strippers you can use. Strong chemicals - take care. Or you can use sand paper - tedious but safer. Or you can take the bike apart, and hand it in to be sand blasted. Or you can use a wire brush wheel on an angle grinder - also a bit dangerous.
It's a BMX racing bike for beginners. What we would call a "Junior" size (pre-teen). It's a strange mix of entry level and high end. For example, it has a hi-ten steel frame, plastic pedals and unsealed hubs, yet it has a sealed bottom bracket and a Cro-Mo three piece crank. It's a small bike as it has only a 19 3/4" top tube and an "upside down" style handlebar stem.
Pop the cap out of the center of the crank arm and tighten with a 14mm socket. Replace cap when done.
