Don't really know what you mean by a jump bike...
Something like a dirt bike is usually adapted to run in pretty much one condition only, so taking it on a longer trail with both uphills and descents is likely to be heavy going.

There are several things you can do to lose 3 kgs just using a bike. You can cycle for a long distance or find a steep hill which you will go up among others.

A good long jump is when u get a good distance that u feel is good but also using good form in the jump wich will help you a lot depending on how far you jump.

Bike marathons have no set distance, like a running marathon (26.2 miles) There are set distances, such as a century (100miles) or half century (50 miles) But a bike marathon, is usually a distance set by whoever is running it.
long distance jogging, cycle, swimming
I do long jump, triple jump, and 100m and they work great. But it depends what you consider short distance. work for everything 400m and under. it has no padding on the heel so jumping with sprinting spikes can cause injury.
