Yes. There is a rule in the NHL where if you drop your stick, you can pick up any other stick on the ice provided it isn't broken. If that stick happens to be an opposing player's stick you can score a goal with it.
This has actually happened once or twice. One that I recall was where one player dropped his stick and then proceeded to rip one of his opponent's sticks out of his hand. Not getting a call from the ref for doing this, the opponent picked up the stick on the ice and then scored with it.

VikingBall is a sport resembling street hockey created in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The main difference is that in this sport the goalie can score; instead of a goalie stick, blocker, and glove, the goalie (the Viking position) uses a shield and a hammer to guard the goal. If the Viking can hit an opposing player with the hammer, he scores a point. www.vikingball.com

The plus/minus is simply stating the players on the ice if a goal is scored. For example, if a player is on the ice when their team scores then each of the players of that team on the ice get a plus, conversely, every player on the opposing team gets a minus. So say for instance Mike Green is scores one night and is also on the ice when the opposing team scores a goal to tie it 1-1....then Mike Green's plus/minus score would be 0.
