No there isn't and there shouldn't be. At this age the human body is not well developed enough to with stand the intensive training needed to compete in such events. Serious injury and growth complications are a real issue. But there should be competions for the age of 14-15 because if they have trainers and are doing it properly it will be OK. Hopefully there will soon be some.
