After taking off bra notice white stuff on nipples bra and breasts looks like grains of salt and this morning pulled out something that looked like dry skin from middle of nipple what can this be?

I've had this but only when i was pregnant sort of like dried up milk, and my nipples would get quite dry somtimes and bits would flake off nothing to worry about. but if you are sure you're not pregnant then check with your gp to be safe.
