If your 14 you should be running under a 5.3 witch is avrage but if you want to be fast you should have atleast a 4.8. If your a line men 40 doesn't matter!!!! its all about power!!!!!!

When i played wide receiver for my high school my best 40 was 4.45 and i was 6'2 186!But it all depends on your size your initial take off and your kick i think anything bellow a 4.55 is good.. hope this helps
