During the first 40-50 meters, start out slower than your full out sprint pace. Then when you pass the curb, keep your body straight, keep your arms moving and sprint like death is chasing you.
The key is to keep long strides in the beginning and then make them shorter the next 150 meters like your sprinting a 55.
Make sure you leave a little energy boost for the end because your going to need it.
But last but certainly not least have fun! Your doing this run because you like it and you enjoy doing it! Relax your face and your arms and you got the gold!
