The infield is smaller, a sixty foot span between bases as compared with the regulation 90 of the Big Leagues. therefore the distance from the Pitcher"s mound to home plate would be different also. Other than that Baseball rules apply. In the Industrial League in Bayonne, they sometimes had auxiliary short-fielders, or ten-man ( or man-child) baseball, this may have been experimental- it stood out. I mention this as this was part of the Little League system.
