if you want to run faster you need to do resistance running drills.If you want to get bigger and not gain fat you need to eat at least once every 2-4 hours in small amounts never eat to get full and intake lots of protein.When i use to play football i would intake 1 gram of protein per pound that i weighted it should be a mix of the food you eat plus a protein shake.
