PE helps a child emotionally by making the child feel good about him/herself whenever they win or score point or maybe just the thought of being incluced, cause the child,in the past, may have been excluded by people before.

What is PE?
the school or the child it depends on how the child is hurt
Physical education (PE) should be compulsory for high school kids to promote physical activity, develop healthy habits, and improve overall wellness. Regular participation in PE can help reduce the risk of obesity, strengthen muscles and bones, and enhance mental health. Additionally, PE can instill values such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in students.
Yes, increasing the number of physical education (PE) lessons in school can have many benefits for students, such as improving their physical health, reducing stress levels, and promoting teamwork and social skills. It can also help students develop lifelong habits of being active and healthy.

i need help!
it gives them new ipods
It could help you get in shape, but not in school. That doesn't matter to them.
it does help your heart and also it can't but if you know what is best for you you can prevent from having diseases in your heart
It keeps you in shape and not aways fun but will help u get in shape. Also it can help you get out ur stress and anger.(if u have)
Your PE teacher is, therefore, not an adult you can trust in obtaining help. Rather than determine the path that was best for you, she had some kind of emotional reaction that is interfering with her ability to help you. Find someone else. Keep trying. Someone will listen and will get you the help you need.
