To get ripped, you want to do workouts that work out multiple muscle groups, and that burn calories after you woked out. I would not suggest running even though it works out all of the muscle groups because it only burns calories when you are working out, it's very boring,and you have to do it 7 days a week for one or two hours a day for maybe one or two years before seeing any results. Yet you're probably too young for weights, I would suggest doing workouts like the plank and hydraulics,burpees, and mountain climbers (do all of the workouts till failure). When you have a little bit of ab definition and you want to define your abs, I suggest that you do 200 crunches with good form (slowly and not too much movement) and 60 pushups (also with good form, having your nose touch the floor) You should perform this workout by doing 50 crunches and 15 pushups with good form, and that counts as one set. I would try to keep your rest times around 15 to 20 seconds, but don't do the workout without sets. I remember one time when I stopped doing sets for about a month, and I did not get great results.
